Ordering and payment terms

Use of Gelato Services:
The site uses the Gelato platform for its print-on-demand services. Gelato is responsible for the production and shipping of prints ordered by users through our site.

Using the Gelato API:
Our site uses the API provided by Gelato to integrate its print-on-demand services. By using our site, you also agree to the Gelato API Terms of Service. These terms describe the rights and obligations relating to the use of this API.

General Conditions of Use (GCU) and General Conditions of Sale (GCS):
Users of the site are invited to consult the General Conditions of Use (GCU) and the General Conditions of Sale (GCS) available on the site to understand the terms of purchase and use of the products and services offered.

Payment terms

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. When processing payments, some data will be transmitted to PayPal.

Your order will be delivered within 8/10 working days of receipt.

Responsibility

Shop Poiteau Botaniste cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or the products supplied by Gelato or the carriers.

“The colors and contrasts of images displayed on screen may vary depending on your screen settings. As a result, Shop Poiteau Botaniste cannot guarantee an exact match between the image viewed on your screen and the final print. Since prints are made on demand (Print-on-demand), no refunds will be issued in the event of a slight difference in rendering between the screen and the print, as this difference is due to the specificities of each screen and the printing processes.”

Return and refund conditions

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we need to exchange it for the same item, first email us at poiteau.botaniste@gmail.com with the details mentioned. We will contact our printer to find the best solution.

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging and include photos.

  1. Force Majeure Events: Our quality and delivery guarantee does not cover problems or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, extreme weather conditions or other acts of nature.

  2. Customer Responsibilities: Please ensure that the delivery information provided during checkout is correct. Errors in delivery addresses may void the delivery guarantee.
